At a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 14, Netcong welcomed Motion Properties at 123 Ledgewood Ave. Many people were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony and those there were excited to add the new business to town. 

“We are excited to open our doors and offers rental units to those who are seeking a place for business or a place to reside. This building brings a beautiful touch to Netcong’s community,” Ben Dellamo, owner of Motion Properties, said.

Located at the property is Netcong Physical Therapy.

“After serving Netcong and the surrounding communities for over 20 years, we are excited with the opportunity to move into our new space at 123 Ledgewood Avenue.
Our mission is to provide our patients with individualized, comprehensive and compassionate care. We will continue to be the place to help our patients heal, get moving, and achieve their goals one at a time.”
