Chester resident, Charley Tringali was recently honored by Boy Scout Troop 139 of Chester for earning the highest achievable rank of Eagle Scout. His leadership project involved planning, and overseeing the construction and installation of a fire pit (donated by Avellino Masonry) with seating atop the sledding hill at Highlands Ridge Park.
Charley, a senior at West Morris Mendham High School, attributes his time in scouting to his development of confidence and his love of the outdoors. He enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, fly fishing and playing guitar. He is an avid illustrator and will be applying to colleges that offer a major in the fine arts.
