Senior Stay Healthy Through Exercise Program

The senior citizens in Millburn are invited to participate in Project Healthy Bones.

Dates are set for Dec. 9, 12, 16 and 19 from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the Bauer Community Center in Millburn.

Project Healthy Bones is an exercise and educational program for seniors designed to prevent and slow the development of osteoporosis. The program is led by trained Peer Leaders. To sign up, please attend a Monday group to observe. From there, you will be given a registration form. This form needs to be signed by your physician in order to actively participate in the program.
