Vocal Stars Shine At Musicale Of Opera At Florham

The winners of Opera at Florham’s recent vocal competition were featured in its Spring Musicale, May 21, on the Madison campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The winners were first-prize winner Alexandra Nowakowski, soprano; Natalie Naudus, mezzo-soprano; and Andrew Paulus, baritone, both finalists with Mary Pinto, accompanist.
The Musicale was held in the 120-year-old, gilded-age mansion on the Florham Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison.
The historic, lovely venue, Lenfell Hall, located in Hennessy Hall, was the drawing-music room for the Twombly family when they lived in the 100 rooms.
Funding was made possible in part by funds from the Morris Arts Council through the New Jersey State Council of the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
