Cub Scout Pack 31 conducted its fourth annual advancement ceremony, awarding badges of rank and other awards to the Cub Scouts at the Woodland Park Municipal Building on May 21.  In addition, Pack 31’s three Arrow of Light Scouts graduated from the Cub Scouts and were welcomed as the newest members of Boy Scout Troop 238.
